The money artworks are framed U.S. currency arranged in a grid formation.  They can  be displayed singly or in a group.  The value will vary from several thousand dollars up to $1 million exhibited in a gallery at one time.  The viewer will walk into a gallery with the walls covered in money.  It is intended to produce a visceral reaction.  The sensational aspect of the work is an integral part of the piece.  The works function as markers in the art market.  As the reputation of the artist increases, the value of the works will increase.  The appearance of a money picture in a gallery or museum will hopefully prompt a reflection on its journey to that point and will help elucidate aspects of the art system.
